Guidelines are in place for the safety and comfort of everyone. Please read!
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will have a $10.00 fee. Cancellations 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, 8-14 days prior to arrival will be refunded 80% of the total deposit. Cancellations made 7 days or less from arrival will forfeit the deposit. There is a 3 night minimum during holidays and special events. The are no refunds for the online reservation booking fee.

Registration
All guests/visitors must register at the office prior to entering the park. Please check-in at office before proceeding to your site.
Check-in/Check-Out
Check-in is at 2:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am. Please re-register by 10 AM if staying an additional night. Late check-out may be available for an additional fee depending on incoming reservations.
Speed Limit
There is a strictly enforced 5 mph speed limit within the park. You will receive one warning. Upon a second offense you will be asked to leave with a 0% refund. This is for safety.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Pets
Pets are welcome, but must be on a leash at all times. Pet droppings must be picked up and disposed of properly. Adults are responsible for their pets even when attended by their children. Pets are not allowed in the amenity areas, buildings, or rental cabins. No aggressive pets.
Sewer Hook-up
All campers must have a secure sewer line connection; sewer donut or elbow available at Park Store (This is a state law).
Campfires
Campfires allowed in fire rings only. Do not relocate the fire rings. Firewood may be purchased at the Park Store. No cutting or taking firewood from anywhere around the Park.
Smoking
Please, no smoking allowed in any building or cabin. Do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.
Fireworks
Prohibited within the Park.
Alcoholic Beverages
Allowed at campsite only.
Trash
Place trash in dumpsters. Do not leave trash outside overnight.
RV Sites
One car and one RV allowed per site. All RVs must be RVIA rated; No homemade campers, conversion vans, or school buses. No tent camping. Additional parking is available for registered guests, please check with the office. **All campsites are 50amp Full Hook Ups. If you are 30amp, you will need a 50/30 adapter.**
GOLF CARTS
Electric or gas golf carts are allowed. A waiver will need to be filled out in office upon arrival. No gas golf carts are to be operated during quiet hours. *Must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart**
ATVs/UTVs/ROVs
Must be registered with the office. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license. Drivers must obey speed limits and posted quiet hours.
Washing of Vehicles
No washing of any vehicles, campers, or RVs allowed. Do not dump grey water on the ground.
Fishing in River
Fishing in the river is allowed, please adhere to all government regulations. Please properly dispose of all fishing line, hooks, etc.
Swimming in River
Swimming in the River is allowed at your own risk. We do not recommend swimming in the river. It is not easily accessible. You will be responsible for any injuries that occur.
Swimming Pool
Please obey all posted rules and hours. All children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No pets permitted. No lifeguard on duty.
Basketball/Pavilion Area
In these areas, no bicycles, skateboards, skates, or scooters allowed while in use or during events. Please be courteous to other guests.
Scooters/Electric Bikes/Etc
Must obey all posted speed limits. All children must be supervised while operating an electric bike/scooter.
General
Parents/Guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Please respect other guests. Do not play TVs or music so loud that your neighbor can hear the noise. Please do not walk through other guest’s campsites. Please properly secure personal belongings.
